Transformational Life Coaching is a one-on-one inquiry-based method that supports people as they seek direction, purpose and fulfillment.. The process is client-driven and solution-oriented. Within the context of compassionate inquiry, deep listening, and self-selected practices, people commit to being accountable for getting what they want. By identifying what is missing, what needs to shift and choosing practices, people learn how to meet their needs, move forward, and find the courage to change, grow and explore life. This integrated holistic approach guides people to find balance and fulfillment in the mental, physical, spiritual, creative, emotional, and social areas of life.
